When I am in Madrid, I like staying here. I have just returned from a really really nice stay in this good basic hotel, well-kept rooms. Very helpful and excellent people that welcomes you in. Its location is incredible, so close to Plaza del Sol and a huge El Corte Ingles and which is visibly popular.

I loved the really good cleanliness and how securely I felt with the bell system for entering the rooms. The central location meant I was just steps away from the bustling attractions.
The room was very small.

Particularly good location near Prado museum. Also - so close to the metro and train station, the "Center " of Madrid and the plaza. Neat, recently refurbished unit with a window to the inner patio, and helpful staff:)))

missingWrote a review on 26 Octprime locationefficient air conditioningdisruptive noise
The location is prime, just steps from bustling Sol. My room was impeccably clean, and the daily housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. I appreciated the efficient air conditioning, essential during warmer days. The noise levels were quite disruptive, especially with street disturbances going well past 3 AM. The room was a bit cramped, especially for two, and the lack of soundproofing made it hard to relax.

Nice staff. They clean the room every day. Clean wc.location is great, but maybe wouldn't be considered so safe for families..
It was noisy, just next to our room they were repairing sth during all the day.

amazing location, properly functioning Wi-Fi, efficient air conditioning
The hairdryer overheats too quickly, and the shampoo and bath gel sizes are disappointingly small!!! Not enough room to move in the single rooms!!!
